河南中医药大学2019年招收推荐免试研究生章程

为促进优秀生源的校际交流、选拔拔尖创新人才、完善研究生招生多元录取机制、提高研究生招生质量，我校招收经教育部批准的具有推荐免试权的高等院校所推荐的优秀应届本科毕业生攻读硕士学位，按照教育部有关工作要求，现就我校2019年接收推荐免初试硕士研究生工作规定如下：

一、接收计划：

我校除洛阳研究生培养工作部、郑州市中医院外，其他院部均接收推免生，接收总规模不超过硕士生招生章程及专业目录中公布计划的50%，拟招收推免生人数以后推免生系统确认的录取人数为准。

二、申请条件：

1.拥护中国共产党的领导，愿为祖国建设服务，有志献身于中医药科学事业，品德良好，遵纪守法，身心健康；

2.经教育部批准的具有推荐免试权的高等院校优秀应届本科毕业生，并取得本科所在学校推荐免试生资格(占用申请者本科毕业院校推荐免试生计划)，并经推荐高校公示及“全国推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读研究生信息公开暨管理服务系统”（以下简称“推免服务系统”）备案；

3.报考中医专业学位者必须为中医学类毕业生，报考中医学、临床医学学术学位者，取得的学历不能作为报考执业医师的学历依据；

4.申请人前4年（非医学专业按前3年）本专业必修和选修课总平均学分成绩排名在同专业前30%；

5.在校期间出版专著、核心期刊发表论文（独立执笔或第一、二作者）或代表学校在省级及以上学术类竞赛活动中取得优异成绩的，在其它条件相近的情况下优先考虑接收。

特别注意：申请攻读中医硕士专业学位（专业代码以1057开头)研究生的推免生，应符合中医医师资格考试报考条件规定的专业要求，且可获医学学士学位（详情参见《2019年河南中医药大学硕士学位研究生招生章程》）。

三、申请者须提供的材料（以下材料未特殊注明的均要求一份，并按顺序左上角挂角装订）：

1.《河南中医药大学2019年接收推荐免初试攻读研究生申请表》（附件1）；

2.《河南中医药大学2019年推荐免初试攻读研究生个人陈述》（附件2，A4纸双面打印）；

3.《河南中医药大学2019年推荐免初试攻读研究生专家推荐信》（附件3），要求推荐专家为副高及以上职称，研究领域与申请人报考专业相同或相近。

4.在校历年学习成绩单，并加盖所在学校教务部门公章（红章原件）；

5.有关材料复印件：包括身份证、学生证、英语四、六级证书或成绩证明、获奖证书等；

6.在学期间曾在课外科技活动中获奖或表现突出，曾发表论文或有其它研究成果的有关复印件及所在学校相应主管部门书面证明；

7.材料的审查。

全部申请材料请统一用A4纸复印、打印。

（1）本校推免生请于2018年10月10日前将申请材料交至拟报考的相关院部，由招生院部收集整理并进行资格审查。

（2）外校推免生的申请材料须于2018年10月10日前（以邮戳为准）通过EMS寄送至拟报考的相关院部，由招生院部收集整理并进行资格审查。

（3）申请者须承诺所提供信息和材料的真实性。一经发现申请人提交的材料内容不真实或不准确，将被取消录取资格，并通报申请者所在学校，已入校的将被取消学籍。全部申请材料一经收到，恕不退还。

四、报名及复试录取

推免生的报名及录取均通过教育部“全国推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读研究生信息公开暨管理服务系统”（以下简称“推免服务系统”，网址:）进行，系统于9月22日开通注册功能，10月25日关闭录取功能。

（一）程序

1.申请者须于9月22日至27日通过“推免服务系统”，完成网上注册、填写基本信息、上传照片、支付报考费等操作。

2.申请者须于9月28日至10月25日通过“推免服务系统”，依次完成填写报名信息、确认复试及确认待录取通知等程序，逾期视为自动放弃。请申请者密切关注我校在“推免服务系统”及研究生处主页上公布的招收免试生的相关要求。详细的注册、报考指南请在中国研究生招生信息网上查阅（）。

特别提醒：申请者在接到招生单位发出的复试及待录取通知短信后，应尽量在第一时间上网进行确认，以免因故忘记、错过时间，系统关闭、无法操作，从而影响本人的终录取。

（二）复试

复试时间：2018年10月中旬，请注意我校复试通知。

复试由各有关二级单位组织，导师组实施。各院部按二级学科组成不少于5人的复试专家组，对考生进行综合考核。

复试内容包括专业知识考核、综合素质考核和外语听力、口语测试；复试形式可根据学科情况采取笔试或实际操作等多种方式。

专业知识的考核根据培养类型的不同进行，报考学术型的考生，复试以考核考生的科研素质、实践能力为主；专业学位考生则注重专业技能考核；综合素质考核内容包括知识结构、能力、素质；外语听力、口语测试，均由各二级单位组织进行。

复试情况及成绩记录在《河南中医药大学2019年接收推免生复试记录表》上，复试满分100分，复试成绩低于60分者，不予录取，合格者择优录取。

（三）体检

体检由院部组织。体检合格标准参照教育部、卫生部、中国残疾人联合会颁布的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》和《教育部办公厅卫、生部办公厅关于普通高等学校招生学生入学身体检查取消乙肝项目检测有关问题的通知》执行。

（四）录取

收到待录取短信通知的申请者，务必于24小时内登录“推免服务系统”完成待录取确认，逾期未完成确认者视为自动放弃待录取资格。待录取名单将于10月下旬在我校研究生院网站予以公示。各学科专业拟招收推免生人数以后确认录取人数为准。

确认录取的推免硕士生不再进行现场报名信息确认。
