2018年云南大学云南省政府奖学金留学生录取及通知

1.云南大学将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，遴选出拟录取人选，并上报云南省教育厅和国家留学基金委审核，对符合条件者，择优录取。

2.7月初，云南大学向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）及《入学指南》等录取材料；

3.每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助；对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；

4.奖学金获得者入学后不得变更录取院校，原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；

5.不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。

请将申请材料于2018年3月25日前寄到我校国际学院外联部办公室，逾期不予受理。

II.Eligibility

Non-Chineseandbeingofgoodhealth;

Bachelor'sdegreeprogramapplicantshouldholdaHighSchoolGraduationCertification,andbeundertheageof25.

Master'sdegreeprogramapplicantsshouldholdaBachelor'sDegree,andbeundertheageof35.

PhD.degreeprogramapplicantsmustholdaMaster'sDegreeandbeundertheageof40.

ApplicantforScholarsinChineseLanguageshouldholdaHighSchoolGraduationCertification,andbeundertheageof35.

III.Application

ApplicantsarerequiredtocompletethefollowingapplicationmaterialsanddelivertwocopiesforeachofthemtoYunnanUniversity:

ApplicationFormforYunnanProvincialGovernmentScholarshipProgram,theoriginalcopyandphotocopy,completeinChineseorEnglish.

Copyoftheapplicant'shighestacademicdegreecertificatenotarizedbyapublicnotary.Thosewhoarecurrentlystudyinginacollegeoruniversityare requiredtoprovidecertificationoftheirstudentstatus(providedbythecollegeoruniversity).Thosewhoareemployedaftergraduationarerequiredtoprovidecertificationoftheiremploymentstatus(providedbytheiremployer).Certificates/certificationswritteninlanguagesotherthanChineseorEnglishmustbeaccompaniedbyanotarizedChineseorEnglishVersion.

TwoRecommendationLetters(writteninChineseorEnglish);Applicantsmustsubmittworecommendationletterssignedbyaprofessororanassociateprofessor.

AdmissionOfferofYunnanUniversityiftheapplicantappliesfrominsideChina.

CDofyourownworks(onlyrequiredforartsstudents).

ApplicantsformusicstudiesarerequestedtosubmitaCDoftheirownmusicalworks.ApplicantsforthefineartsprogramsmustsubmitaCDoftheirownworkswhichincludetwosketches,twocolorpaintingsandtwootherworks.

PhotocopyofForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm(writteninEnglish);ThephysicalexaminationsmustcoveralloftheitemslistedintheForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm.Incompleteformsorformswithoutthesignatureoftheattendingphysician,ortheofficialstampofthehospital,orasealedphotographoftheapplicantareconsideredasinvalid.Pleasecarefullyplanyourphysicalexaminationscheduleastheresultisvalidforonly6months.

IV.Admission

1)Alldocumentsshouldbeboundtogetherontopleftcornerintheorderof1)to9).Noapplicationdocumentswillbereturned.

2）AfterassessmentbyexpertsfromYunnanUniversity,thedocumentsofqualifiedapplicantswillbedeliveredtotheEducationDepartmentofYunnanProvince.

3)OfferofAdmission,VisaApplicationforStudyinChina(JW201Form),andRegistrationGuidewillbemailedtoscholarshiprecipientinthebeginningofJuly.

4)Scholarshiprecipientsshallnotchangetheirfieldofstudy,ordurationofstudyunlesstheygiveupthegrant.

5)Scholarshipwillnotbereservedifscholarshiprecipientcannotregisterbeforetheregistrationdeadline.

V.Deadline

ApplicationpackagesmustbereceivedbytheOfficeofInternationalPrograms,SchoolofInternationalEducation,YunnanUniversity,beforeApril.1st,2018.Latedeliveryand/orincompleteinformationmayresultinfailuretoreceivetheaward.
